A RF.SOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT CIVIC CENTER
OPP-STREET PARKING PROJECT HO. 66-8
RESOLVED, by the Council ot the City ot Palo Alto, California,
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pur-
suant to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing haa been
duly held on the Engineer•a Report and aaseaament roll prepared
tor the tiacal year 1973-74 to pay the principal and interest on
bonda issued pursuant to Resolution ot Intention No. 3896, adopted
by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on June 13, 1966;
WHEBBAS, this Council baa heard all persons having an interest
1n any real property within the parking aaaeaament district; h&a
heard all objections, protests or other written COB11m1nicat1ona
rrcm·any persons interested in the real properj;y with1n.1ta1d dis-
trict.; has taken and received oral and documentary evidence per-

ta::lning to the matters contained in aaid report; has remedied
and corrected any errors or int'o:rmal.1.tiea in the report ·a.nd revised
and corrected any ot thu acts or detel'Slinations ot the various
