A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING EfiGillEER'S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA
PARKIIJG PH>JECT NO. 65-9
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the CO\mcil ot the City of Palo Alto, Calitomia,
that
WHEREAS, atter proceedings to that end duly had and taken
pursuant to the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing haa
been auiy held on the ~ineer•a Rep~rt and assessment roll pre-
pared tor the tiacal year 1973-74 to pay the principal and interest
on bonds 1a8U(.d pursuant to Resolution ot Intention Bo. 3950,
adopted by the Council ot the City ot Palo Alto on January 3, 1967;
VBEREAS, thia Council h&a heard all persons having an interest
1n !4DY real property within the parking aaseasment district; has
heard all objections, proteata or other written communications
trom any persons interested in the reai property within said dis-
trict; has taken and received oral and documentary evidence per-
taining to the matters contained 1n said report; haa remedied and
corrected any errors or into:rmalities 1n the report and revised
and corrected any ot the acts or determinations ot the various
City o:t'ticiala as contained therein; and 1a tull.y informed in
the premises;
BOW, THEREFORE, rr IS ORDERED, as tollowe:
1. That said Engineer's Beport and assessment roll, and
each ot the aaaeaamenta therein as duly revised and corrected, is
. herebJ' approved and c~irmed.
2. 'l'b&t said report together with the certificate ot the
City Clerk as to the tact and date ot approval by this Council,
aball torthwith be delivered to the County ot Santa Clara, and the
County ahall cause to be poat~d to the tax rolls 1n the colUDm

provided therefor, the amount of each or the assessments proposed
to be levied and collected for said fiscal year as set forth in
said report as confirmed.
