EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO HAROLD C. BUCKINGHAM
UPON HIS RETIREMENT

WHEREAS, HAROLD C. BUCKINGHAM retired on May 1, 1973, afte1"
more than twenty-two years of service with the City of Palo Alto;
and
WHEIU:AS, HAROLD c. BUCJCINGHAH while serving as a supervisor
of Water-Gas-sewer was a participant in_ the development and
implementation of many innovative service proqrams for the citi-
zens of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council i• proud of his performance and
dedication towards the City of Palo Alto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'l' RESOLV.EO that the· Council of the City
of Palo Alto gratefully records its appreciation as well as the
appreciation of the citiaans of Palo Alto for faithful servi·':ea
rendered to the City and e~tends to HAROLD c. BUCKINGHAM its
sincere best wishes for a lon9 and rewarding retirement.
