RESOLUTION NO, 4754
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF BONDS BY CITY
GREEN ACRES I UNDERGROUND UTILITIES CONVERSION
PROJECT NO. 71-85
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City or Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, in the opinion of this Council, the public
in~irest and economy will he served througl"; the purchase by the
City or bonds to represent unpaid assessments levied pursuant
to Resolution No. 4566 of Pl"eliminary Determination and of
Intention adopted by the Council on February 28, l972j
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the bonds in the amount of $26,571.30, to
be issued pursuant to said Resolution of Preliminary Determination
and of Intention, be, and they are hereby ordered sold to the City
of Palo Alto for the par amount thereof with accrued interest to
the date of delivery, said bonds to bear i~terest at the rate of
5.6~ per annum.
2. That said bonds be printed anc.. upon their delivery
to the City, the principal amount of said bonds be transferred to
the Construction Fund ror said project, and that said bonds be
retained by the City Treasurer for tt.e account or the City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 23rd day of April , 1973,
