RESOWTION NO. 4752
A RESOWTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
GREEN ACRES I UNDERGROUND UTILITIES CONVERSION
PROJECT NO. 71-85
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that upon completion of the above-entitled project,
it has been ascertained that each individual assessment levied
pursuant to Resolution No. 4566 of Preliminary ·Determination
and or lntention adopted by this Council on February 28, 1972,
be, and they are hereby, directed to be reduced in the amount
of $27.90, and that the Engineer shall make the changes either
on the face of the assessment or by filing an amendment thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the amount of $27.90 be,
and it is hereby, ordered refunded or credited to all pro~erty
owners assessed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof
