The City Council of the City cf Palo Alto met on this date at
8:55 p,m. in the continued regular meeting of May 3 for the
purpose of holding an Executive Session i e litigation. The
meeting took piece in the 7th floor conference room in the
presence of City Manager George A Sipel; Robert K. Booth, Jr.,
City Attorney; and other attorneys for the City.
Present: Buhr', Bereald, Carey, Clay, Comstock, Eyerly
Norton, Sher, Witherspoon
Absent: None
The motive Session ass adjourned at 10:35 p.m, , at which
time Mayor Sortou wed that the remaining regular business
of May 3 mould be taken up at 7:30 p.a., Monday, May 10. The
meeting of May 3 wee therefore adjourned to 7:30 p.m. on
May 10, 1976.
