The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date at
7:15 p.g6 in the continued regular seating of Mny 3, for the
purpose of holding an Executive Session re litigation.
Present: Seaters, Berwald, Carey, Clay, Comstock,
Eyerly, Norton, Sher, Witherspoon
Absent: None
Also Present: George Sipel, City Manager; Robert K.
Booth, Jr., City Attorney; otter
attorneys for the City
The Executive Session was adjourned at 9:32 p.m- Mayor Norton
announced that the meting of May 3 would be continued to
4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 1976.
