RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE crT~ OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING CLARENC~ BLOW AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO
ALTO COMMUNITY DRUG ABUSE BOARD FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
AN') OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, CLAREt:CE BLOW has diligently and unselfishly contri-
buted ot his time and talents while serving as a member of the
Palo Alto Cit~zens Task Force on Drug Abuse and the Palo Alto
community Drug Abuse Board from October 12, 1971 to November 30,
19721 and
WHSREAS, CLARENCE BLOW has worked untiringly towards the
end of alleviating the dama~e caused by the drug abuse problem in
our calmunity; and
WHEREAS, CLARENCE ~LOW has made a significant personal
contri~ution to the cciq_anunity by assisting in the formulation of
strong-based and farsighted policy: and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to ex-
press its appreciation to CLARENCE BLOW for his outstanding
efforts in the public interest:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED· that ·the Council ?f the City
of :>alo Alto hereby expresses its appreciation and camr.ends
CLARENCE BLOW for his public service as a member ot the Palo
Alto Community Drug Abuse Board.
