RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL Ot THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING FERNANDO VESCIA AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO
ALTO COMMUNITY DRUG ABUSE BOARD FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
Al'D OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, FERNANDO VESCIA has diligently and uns~lfishly
contributed of his time and talents while servinq as a member of
the Palo Alto Citizens Task Force on Drug Abuse and the Palo Alto
Community Drug Abuse Board from October 12, 1971 to December 31,
1972; ·and
WHEREAS, FERNANDO VESC!A has worked _untiringly towards the
end of alleviating the damage caused by the drug abuse problem in
our community1 and
WHEREAS, FERNANDO VESCIA ~as ma~e a significant personal
contribution to the community by assisting in the formulation of
