RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING ALLAN SEtD AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO ALTO
COMMUNITY DRUG ABUSE BOARD FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS
AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, ALLAN SEID has diligently and unselfishly contri-
buted of his ti1n<..: ~d talents while serving as a member of the
Palo Alto Citizens Task Force on Drug Abuse and the Palo Alto
Community Drug Abuse Board from October 12, 1971 to November JO,_
1972; and
WHEREAS, ALLAN SEID has worked untiringly towards the end
of all~viating the damage caused bl· the drug abuse problem in
our community; and
WHEREAS, ALLAN SEID hL!! rnAde a significant personal contri-
bution to the community by assisting in the formulation of strong-
based and farsighted policy: and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to
eY.press its appreciation to ALLAN SEID for his out~tanding efforts
in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Palo Alto hereby expresses its appreciation and canmends ALLAN
-
SEID for his public service as a member of the Palo Alto Cann&~icy
Drug Abuse Board.
