RESOLUI'ION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITI'AL OF GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR

NOW~ THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manaaer of the City of Palo Alto is authorized and directed
to execute on behalf of the City of Palo AJto applications and other necessary documents
to obtain pants for law enforcement purposes, includ.ina special conditions at+.ached
thereto.
SECTION 2. Applicant City of Palo Alto qrees to provide the required matchini
funds to llid projects.
SECl'ION 3. Grant funds received hereunder shall not be used to supplant onaoina
law enfon:ement expenditures.
