EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date at 7:30 p.m.
in a Special Executive Session re Foothills Litigation, in the Council
Conference Room, with Mayor Norton presiding.
Present: Beahrs, Eerwald, Carey, Comstock, Clay, Eyerly,
Norton, Sher, Witherspoon
Absent: None

The Executive Session adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
