RESOLUTION NO. 3706
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY (BEING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL
1-15-29) TO 8E SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO PORTIONS TREREOF AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3698
The City Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the property of the City commonly known
as Assessor's parcel 1-15-29 and further described in EXHIBITS
A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof is declared to
be no longer needed for corporate cr public purposes.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed for each of said parcels to
the person or persons named on the copies of the quitclaim deeds
affixed hereto as EXHIBITS C-1 THROUGH C-18.
ThatI00.of said deeds to be delivered to the grantee(a)
thereof upon the receipt of the consideration set forth in each
of said deeds.
S$CTIQN 3. Resolution No. 3698 passed on December 9, 1963
is hereby rescinded.
