RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1956, BEING THE P -C DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS TAN VILLAGE APARTMENTS
BEING TRACT 407, AMARILLO VILLAGE SUBDIVISION

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE aL follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1956 adopted
July 11, 1960 being the P -C Development Plan for the property
known as Tract 407, Amarillo Village Subdivision hereby is
amended to road as follows:
Section 3. The Development schedule approved
pursuant to Section 16.08 of the Zoning ordinance
shall call for completion of construction by
June 1, 1964

SECTION 2. That all other provisions of said ordinance
shall remain in effect es previously adopted.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: December 30, 1563 by a voice vote.
