RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL GF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT 3661
MONTEREY TOWNHOUSE (CONDCKLNIUM PROJECT)
The Council of the City of Palo Alto doe* RESOLVE as follows:
WHEREAS, a subdivision map designated as Tract 3661 Monterey
Townhouse, a condominium project, at 3146 to 3174 Middlefield
Road being a portion of Lot 51 of C. M. Wooster Co's Subdivision
of the Clarke Ranch Palo Alto, California, prepared by Charles
A. Johnson, Civil Engineer R.E. 12011 dated Novedber 1963 received
by the Engineering Department, City of Palo Alto, December 4, 1963,
has been submitted to the City for its approval; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palo Alto
has heretofore approved said subdivision map and has recommended
that it be approved by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that that certain subdivision
map designated as Tract 3661 Monterey Townhouse be and it is
hereby approved.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: December 30, 1963 by a unanimous vote.
