RESOLUTION NO. 3701
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT 3626
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
That the Map of Tract 3626, being a Subdivision of Parcel 3
of that Record of Survey Recorded in Book 150 of Rasp , Page 17,
Santa Clara County Records, Palo Alto, Caltfornia, dated November
1963 prepared by Jones, Thenn & Associates, be and the sane is
hereby approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets, portions of streets,
as shown upon said map within said subdivision be and the same
hereby are accepted as dedicated for public use subject to improve-
ment of said streets in accordance with standards established by
the City Council and the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use easements for public
utilities under, on or over those certain strips of land designated
as "P.U.E." (Public Utilities Easement) and public use easements
for Tree Planting between the front or street lines of lots and
the dotted line, each designated "P.U. and T.E." be and the same
hereby are accepted as dedicated for public use, such easements
to be kept open and free from buildings.
