RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT 3662,
(CONDOMINIUM PROJECT)
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
WHEREAS, a subdivision map designated as Tra ct 3662, Chantilly,
a condomin ium proj ect at 500 Fult on Street, being Lots 36, 37,
38, 39, 59, 60 and po rtion of L ot 40, Bl ock 50, Unive rsity P ark,
Palo Alto , California, prepared by Charles A. Joh ns on, Civil
Engineer R.E. 12011 November 1963 ai4, receiv ed by the Engin eering
Depa rtmen t, City of Palo Alto, De cember 4, 1963, has b een submitt ed
to the City for its approv al; an •

WHEREAS, the Planning Co mmission of th e City of Palo Alto
has hereto fore approved said su bdivision map and has recomme nded
that it be approv ed by this Cou ncil.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved tha t that certain subdivision
map designated as Tra ct 3662 Chantilly be and it' is hereby
approve d.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: December 30, 1963 by a unanimo us vote.
