RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY (BEING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL
1-15-29) TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE GRANT DEEDS TO PORTIONS THEREOF
The City Council of the City of Pal o Alto does RESOLVE as
follo ws:
SECTION 11. That the property of the City co mm only known
as Assessor's par cel 1-15-29 and fu rther described in EXHIBITS
A an d B a ttached hereto and made a part h ere of is declared to
be no longer needed for corporate or public purposes.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is h ereby authori zed and
directed to ex ecute a Grant Deed for each of said parcels to
the pe rson or pe rsons named on the copies of the grant: deeds
affixed hereto as EXRIBITS C-1THROUGH C-14.
That e ac h of said de eds be deliv*red to gh e grantee(e)
thereof upon the 'receipt of the consider atio n set forth in each
of said deeds.
