RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1804 (PREVIOUSLY AMENDED BY
RESOLUTION NO . 3519, JUNE 11, 1962) BEING THE P -C
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS MID -
PENINSULA SHOPPERS WORLD
The Council of the City of Pal o Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That Item (d) of Se ction 3 of Ordinance N o. 1804
(pre vio usly amended by Resolution No. 3519, J une 11, 1962) being
the P -C Developmen t Plan for th e property kno wn as Mid -Pe ni nsula
Sho ppers Wo rld (also known as 3440 Ramon a) hereby is amended to
r ead as follows:
" (d) Development Schedule: State of C onstructi on
Ju ne 11, 1964 with co mpletion by December 11, 1964."
SECTION 2. That all o ther pro visions of said ordina nce and
resolution shall remain in effee`t.as previously adopted.
