RESOLUTION OF THECOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AU`NORLZING THE PURCHASE OF NORTH LOS ALTOS WATER
COMPANY'S PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
The' Council of the City of Pal o Alto does RESOLVE as f ollows;
That the.May or be and he he reby is auth orized and dir ected
to execu te an +agreement with the N orth L os Altos . W ater Company
for the pu rchese and acq uisiti on by the City of th e Comp any's
proper ties, services and facilities locat ed within that p ortion
of the City of Palo Alto known and designated as Garden T err ace
Annexa tion and El Ca ssino Annexation N o. 2 f or the g ross sum of
$27,012.00 together with the City's unde rt aking to const ruct a
4-inch'pipe line to said compa ny's 8 -inch line at DelMedio and
Miller Avenues in Palo Alto, co ntex t of said agre ement to be
su bject to the approval of the City Atto rney.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: Nove mber 26, 1963 by a unanimous vote .
