A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS
ARASTRADERG ROAD ET AL
PROJECT NO. 6n-6
RESOLVED, by, the Cou ncil of the City at►ilo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estim ated amou nt of City co nt ributio n at the
time of the or der ing of the wo rk and` the confirm ation of the
assessmen t in pr oceedings being conducted p ursuant to Resolution:
No. 3496, A Resolution of Prelimar din 'Dets7 trio . and of Intert-
tion to Constru ct Public Improveme nts, adopted April 23, 1962,
pursu ant to the M nicipa1 improvement Act of 1913, was $275,000;
WHEREAS, it was r epr esented to the property o wne rs at the
fin al public hearing that if the actual cost of the proj ect
ex ceeded the estimates, any differen ce would be.rnade up by adds--

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the total contribution •
n ecessary by the City in order to complete the project is
$280,615.27. •
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordered that the City con tr ibute the
additional amoun t of $5,615. 27 to the pr oject, an d the City
Controller is hereby dir ected. to m ake the n ecessary fund transfers
to accomplish this pur pose; pr ov ided, however , that in the even t
the final total actual cost of the project is less than the amou nt:
curren tly estimated, the differ ence between the amoun t hereby
order ed transferr ed a nd the fin al amount ne ce ssary to cover all
proje ct costs, shall be retran sfer red to the gener al fun d—
