RESOLUTION NO. 3678
RESOLUTION:OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER .TO ACQUIRE CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FROM JAMES J. AND NANCY L. JENSEN
The Cou ncil of,the City of Palo Alto RESOLVES as follows:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and direct ed to expend
such mon ey as is required, estim ated or not in excess of $15000,
to acquire from James J. Je nsen and Nancy L. Jens en, his wife,
such in terest as they may have by virtue of a County of Santa
Clar a Tax Deed in the property described.in the copy of the
Qu itcla im Deed attached hereto and m ade a p art her eof by
refere nce.
