RESOLUTION NO. 366
RRROLUTION OF THk COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 3307, PALO ALTO
UNIT WO . 2
WHEREAS, on NoveMber 13, 1962 by ResolUti on,No. 3576 the
City Council ;approved a Final 'Hap of Tract NO. 3307, Palo Alto
Hills Unit No . 2 and
WHEREAS, subdivider has failed to record said final map
within on e year of the app roval of the tent ative map as pr ovided
in Section 11555 ` o'f the Business and Professions C ode; and
WHEREAS, said subdivide r hassubmitted a new tentative
map of said subdivision which has been appro ved by the Planning
Commission and City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, they Council of the City of P alo Alt o does
RESOLVE as follows:.
that the c of Tract No. 3307, Palo Alt o Hills Unit No. 2
being a portion of Rancho El Corte De Madera lying within the
City of Palo Alto, California dated August 1962 prepared by
George S. Nolte, Civil Engineer -Land Surveyor, Palo Alto be
and the sameIs hereby a pprov ed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha t a ll streets, portions of streets,
as shown upon said map within said subdivision be and the same
hereby are accepted as dedicated for public u se subject to improve-
ment of said streets in accordance with standa rds established by
the City Co uncil and the City Engine er;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use ease ments for public
u tilities, sanitary and storm sewers as sho wn on said ma p within
said subdivisio n ar e hereby accepte d as dedicated for public use;
such str ips of lan d to be kept open a nd free fr om buildings or
stru ctures of any kind except utility company structur es and
lawful fences.

accepted for public use b ut reservedexclusively for ow ne rs of
lo ts within the subdivison until such time as said rese rve
b -e ter min ated by the City C ouncil.
