The C ouncil of the City of P alo Alt o, sitting as a B oard
of Equalization, finds th at no verified applic ations h ave been
made and filed bef ore this Boa rd for red uction in any assess-
ment on thy -1963-1964 assessment r oll, and upo n examination of
the a ssessment books and the assessments made by the City
Assessor for the fiscal ye ar 1963-1964 said Bo ard finds that
sa id assessments have been correctly and legally made and that
the same a re just and equ itable.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED th at the assessm ent b ooks with
the assessments now entered therein shall be the Assessme nt
Ro ll upon which ea ch a nd ever y tax upon real property is to
be lev ied for the year 1963-1964.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: July 22, 1963 by unanimous voic e vote.
