NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Monday, the 27th day of May, 1963, at the hour of 7:30 o'olock P.M., in the regular meeting pla ce of said Council, Coun cil Cha mber s, City Hall, Palo Alto, Califo rnia, be, and the same are hereby appointed a nd fixed as the time and place when and where the Council will consider an d finally determine whether the public interest, co nvenience and necessity require said aoquisitions and improvements and when a nd where it will con sider an d fin ally act u pon the Engin eer's repor t ..under said Resolution of Preli m inary Deter- min ation and of Intention .
