RESOLUTION NO . 3645
A RESOLUTION OF PRELIM/NARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT
OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 63-2
RESOLVED, by the Cou ncil of the City of Palo Alto, C alifornia, that
WHEREAS, on the llth d ay of February, 1963, said Cou ncil did adopt
its Resolution No. 3613 of k reliminary Determination and of Inte ntion
to acquir e and construct improvements in said City, and did refer the
proposed acquisitions and impro vements to the City Engi neer, he being
the o fficer hav in g charge a nd control of the acquisitions a nd construc-
tion of public impro vements in and for said City of the kind described
therein and being a competent person employed by s aid City for that pur-
pose, a nd did therein dir ect said City Engineer to make a nd file with
the City Cler k of this City a report in writing, all as therein mo re
particularly descr ibed, under, and pu rsuant to the Palo Alto Imp ro veme nt
Procedur e Code, as amended;
WHEREAS, said City Engineer has made an d filed with the City Cle rk
of this City a report in w riting as ca lled for in said Resol ution of
Prelimin ary Determ ination and of Intentio n an d under and p urs ua nt to
said Code, which r eport has been presented to this Council for con-
sider ation ; an d
WHEREAS, said Council has duly considered said report and each and
ev ery part thereof, an d finds that each an d every part of said report
is su fficient, a nd that said repor t, nor an y part ther eof requ ir es or
should be modified in a ny respect.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:

and each of them are hereby, preliminarily approv ed and c onfirmed.
4. That said report shall sta nd as the Engi neer's report fo r
the purpose of all subseque nt proceedings had pursua nt to said Reso-
lu tion of Preliminary Determinatio n a nd of Intention .
I hereby certify that the fo regoi ng is a full, true and oorreot
cop' of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the*
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 23rd
