WHEREAS, on Febru ary 19, 1963, end on Mar ch 1, 1!)63,
Pacific Resources, Inc., a sol e ow ner of that . certain 5 .5 acres,
more or Iess,tract of land situated in the proposed subdivisi on
of Arastra daro - -Hills, Unit N o. 1, located in the City of Pal o
Alto, ' (being particularly described on ' 7 EiT A) affixed heret o
and by reference- made a par t hereof, did request and co ns ent

WHEREAS, the Ccluntil of the City of Palo' Alto pursuant to

ment pur suant to Govern ment Code Section 35304.',
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE, as fo llo ws:
SECTION 1. The Council of the 'City of Palo Alto does hereby
co nse nt to the detachment of sa id territory fro m the City of Palo
Alto for purposes of annex atio n ther eo f to the City of Los A''. os
