WHEREAS, p urs ua nt to Resolution No. 3505 of Preliminary
Determination and of Intention, adopted by said Council on May
28,, 1962, and its Resolutio n calling f or bids on the s ale of
bonds pu rsuan t thereto, adopted on April 8, 1963, notice of aald
sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed the rein for re-
ceivin g bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids h ave
be en r eceived and publicly opened, examined and declared by this
Coun cil;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follo ws:
1. That a ll written bids rece ived for the p urchase of
sa id bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are
hereby, rejected, and tha t said bonds be, a nd 1.hey are hereby,

as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be sub-
ject to all of the ter ms and conditions set forth in the Notice
of Sa le of said bon ds a nd in said accepted bid. .
2. That the Tr ea sure r be, a nd he is hereby, directed to
have sa id bonds printed fo'thwith, a nd tha t the same be immediate-
ly signed, sealed and deliv ered to said bidder on receipt of the
amount therefor an d upon the perfor mance of the co nditions con -
tained in said written offer.
3. That the interest ra te of said bonds be, and the same
is hereby, fix ed at the rate stated in sa id bid.
