RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
WITHDRAWING PROPERTY FROM LOS ALTOS'FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT BECAUSE OF ITS ANNEXATION TO AND INCLUSION
WITHIN THE CITY OF 'PALO ALTO
The Council of the City of Pal o Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The following p roperty has by an nexatio n bec ome a
par t of the City of Palo Alto; said p orti on being in the County of
Santa Cla re, State of California:
Parcel #1
Beginn ing at the point of intersection
of the sou theasterly line of Arastrede ro
Ro ad (40 feet wide), with the south-
westerly line of Fremont Avenue (60 feet
wide), said point bein g an angle p oint
in the cor por ate limits of the City of
Palo Alto; then ce S.55°54'43"W., al ong
said southea sterly lin e, 65. 74 feet;
then ce continuing along said line S.66°
39'10"W. 2141.84 feet; thence leaving
said southeasterly lin e N. 30° 41'51"W.
20.17 feet, to a point on the centerline
of said Arastrader o Road; thence along
said centerline N. 66°39'10"E, 2142. 54
feet and N. 55°54'43"E. 73. 08 feet to a
point on said southwesterly line of
Fremont Avenue; thence S.9 20'05"E.
along said southwesterly line 22.02
feet to the point of beginning.
