RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
CONFIRMING THE REPORT AND ASSESS MENT FOR WEED
ABATEMENT
WHEREAS, The Superintendent of Public W orks (City Engineer)
ha s filed with the City Clerk his report and assessment list for
wee d aba te ment as p rovided in Chapt er 32 of the Palo Alt o Muni-
cipal Code; a nd
WHEREAS, a hearing was called f or Ju ne 24, 1963, f or h earing
any obje ctions to sa id report and assessment list; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has publish ed and posted s aid report
a nd assessme nt list and a no tice of said hearing, as pr ovided in
said chapter; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said n otice a public heari ng was held
on June 24, 1963; a nd
WHEREAS, no written or or al pro tests or objections ag ainst
said assessments for weed abateme nt were presented before or at
the time fix ed for hea ring, and the Council ha ving duly considered
said repor t and assessme nt list;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Coun cil of the City of Palo Alto hereby
resolves, finds an d determines as follows:
1. That said assessment list is in all respects co mplete '
and correct an d is hereby confirmed, and tha t since the filing
ther eo f, no assessments have been paid.
2. That for a particula r description of the lots bear ing
the respective assessment n umbers set for th in said assessment list
and upo n which a ssessments r emain unpaid, seve ra lly and respec tively,
reference is hereby ma de to the a ssessmentlist attached her eto
a nd made a par t hereo f.
