RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to R esol uti on of Intention. Np . 3633,
a dopted on $sy 28,. 1963 by th e C ouncil of the City of, P al o Alto,
pursu ant. to the Palo Alto ; acnprovsment Procedure Code, the City
Engine er of said City has filed with the City. Clerk Of, this City
the written report called for under said Code and by 'said Resolu-
tio n of Intention, which report has been prese nted by said Clerk
to this Cou ncil for con sideration , and this Co uncil has considered
and preliminarily approved and confirmed said report and ordered
that the sane stand as the repo rt for the purpose, of all subsequent
pooceedings had pu rsuant to said Resolutio n of Intention .
MOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, tha t Mon day, the 8th d ay of
July, 1963, at the ho ur of 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the regular meet-
ing placed said Council, City Nall, Palo Alto, Ca lifo rnia, be,
and the same are hereby, appoin ted and fixed as the time an d place
ml -,e n a nd wher e sa id Council will con sider and finally ac t upon the
En gin eer's r eport un der said Re solution of Intentio n.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED tha t the City Cle rk of this City be,
a nd she is hereby, directed to give notice of said hearing by pu b-
licatio n twice in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper published a nd
cir culate d in said City, a nd by con spicuously posting a notice
there of alagg all thevope n str ee ts within the assessment distric t
'at not more than three hundre d feet apart and not less than three
in a lly. said postin g and fir't publica tion to be had and co mpleted
at least ten days before the date herein set for hea ring pr ote sts.
