RESOLUTION OF TUIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLARING CERTAIN SEALE«WOOSTER CANAL PROPERTY TO
BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR 40 -EXECUTE A
DEED THERETO
The Council of the City of Palo Alt o does RESOLVE as follows:
SE ON 1. The p roperty of the Citycommonly kn own as cert ain
Seale -Woo ster Canal property, the p articul ar p arcel of which is
shown on a map affixed he reto marked EXHIBIT A and the parti-
cular description of which is shor n on the copy of the Quitclaim
De ed a ffixed to the or iginal of this resolution, all of which
documents a re incorporated in this res olution by r eference, is
hi,:reby declared to be no longer needed for corpo rate or public
pur po ses.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby a uthorized to e xecute a
Qu itcla im Deed to sa id par cel to the Pa lo Alto Unified Scho ol
Distr ict named on the copy of the quitclaim de edaffixed heret o,
a nd said deed may be deliver ed to the gra ntee thereof upon th e
re ceipt on beha lf of the City of a consider atio n of $3,060.00.
