POTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Palo Alt o is
hereby authorised and directed to cause a c opy of this reso-
uti on to be published at least twice in the Palo Alto Times
a newspaper of general circulation p ublished in said City of
Pa lo Alto such publicati on to be complet e at least thr ee days
prior to the date set for hearing. The City., Clerk is further
authorized to cause written notice to be gi ve n to such other
persons as may be legally entitled thereto in the manner
required by law.
