A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS

• RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alt o, Californi

that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and she is he reby,
directed to call for bids fo r the sale of impro vement bonds to be
issued pu rsuant to Resolutio n No. 3505 of Prelimina ry Det ermi nation
an d of Intention adopted by this Council on May 28, 1962, as modi-b
fled. Sa id n otice, in fo rm to be prepa red by Wilson, He rzfeld,
Jon es & Morton, shall be given by the Clerk c ausing copies the reof
to be mailed to the va rious banks and b ond h ouses interested in
the purchase of such bon ds at least ten days before the sdate of
sale, which date has been fixed as April 22, 1963, at 11:00
o'clock A. M. All bids will be pu blicly opened, exami ned and
decla red by the City Man ager, City Hall, Palo Alto, Californi a,
an d re ported tc the Coun cil at its meetin g on said day at 7:30
o'clock P.M.
2. The City will furn iuh the legal o pinion of the l aw firm
of Wilson , Harzfeld, Jones & Dor ton , San Mateo, Ca lifornia,
unqualifiedly a pproving the legality of the proceedings and th e,
issua nce of sa id bon ds.
