A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF INVVSTIOATION REPORT
UNDER DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
UNIVERSITY AVENUE DISTRICT
OFF-STREET PARKING PROJECT NO . 5214
RESOLVED, by the Co uncil of the City of Palo Alt o, Califo rnia,
tha t H. M. Witbeck, City Enginee r, a compete nt person fo r this pu rpose,
is her e' * directed to proceed and prepare such information as may be
r equire d ther efor, to make a report in the' fo rm set fo rth in Di vision
4 of the Streets a nd Highways Code, fo r the acquisitio ns and impro ve-
ments set forth and all as more particularly desc ribed in Resol utio n
of In ten tion No. 3624 to annex ter ritory to Pa rki ng Dist rict,
adopted by this Coun cil on Apr il 8, 1963, to which resol utio n reference
is hereby made for a particu la r description of the gene ral nat ure,
•1ocati..n and extent of the proposed a cquisitions and imp ro ve ments, of
the bou ndaries or extent of the district or lands to be specially
assessed to pay the costs thereof, and of the Statutes and Ordinances
un der which the proceedin gs therefor ar e pr oposed to be conducted.
