of a public fun ction,, shall be subject to a nnual ad valorem special
assessmen ts to pay principal an d interest on bonds of said district
outstangin g at the time of an nexation at the same rates at which other
real property in the district is assessed therefor, and shall also be
subject to all other . liabilities and entitled to all benefits of said
distr ict.
