Avenu e District Off -Street Parking Project No. 52-13.

at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Palo Vito, California, are hereby
fixed as the 'time and place when an d where saiQ Co uncil will consider
and firmly determ ine whether the public inters/to .convenience and
necessity require the acquisitions and improvements financed in said
Project No. 52413 as to the property pr oposed to be annexed, and•whe n
and w her e all persons intere sted in the an nexation of said territory
to said district may be heard.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said hea ring the Council shall •
have tho power to determin e from the eviden ce presented whether or not
the public interest, convenience and r ece asity require the acquisitions
and improvements fin ance d in said Project No: 52-13 as to the pr operty
proposed to be annex ed/ and whether or not sa id territory w ill be
benefited by being annexed. On annex ation, the real property in said
ter ritory,'•xoep►t all public places and ways in use in the performance
of a pu blic efunction , shall be subject to an nual ad v alor em speoial
assessments to pay prinoipal and interest on bonds of sa id district
outstan din g at the time of annex ation at the saes rates at which other
real pr operty in the district is assessed ther efor, and shall also be
subject to all other liabilities and entitled to all benefits of said
district.
