RESOLVED, by the Co uncil of the City of Palo Alto, Oalitor nia,
that H. M. Witbeok, City Engineer, a competent person for this purpose,

is hereby directed to proceed and prepare s uch information as may be
requir ed therefor, to make a'report in the form set forth in Division
4 of the streets and Highways Code, for the acquisitions and impro ve-
ments set forth an d all as more particul arly desc ribed in Resolution
No. IA= of Prelimin ary Determination a nd of Intention adopted by
this Counoil on April " 8,.1963, to which resolution reference is
hereby made for a particular description of the general:,:location
a nd extent of the pr oposed acquisitions and improvements, of the bou nda-
ries or extent of the district or lands to be specially assessed to pay
the costs thereof, and of the Statutes and Ordinances under which the
prooeedings therefor are proposed to be conducted.
