RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, on the 14th dray or Jan uary, :1963, this-Counoil
adopted its Resoluti on No. 3601, A Reeoll utio n of Intention to Hike
Fun d Transfer, wherein the Council expressed its intention to
transfer su
rplus rdnaini ng in the Itiprotire ment Farad created pur-
suant to Resolution of Intention No. 2409, adopted Nove mbe r 23,
1953, and wherein Monday, the.11th day of February, 1963, at the
hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., In the regular meeting plane of said
Cou noil, Counoil Chambers„ City Hall, Pralo;Alto, Califo rnia, were
fixed as the time and plans w hen:and where said C ouncil would
con sider the m atter of making sa id transfer and h earing all pro-
tests and persons interested therein;
WHEREAS, notice of:thy time'an d placeof said hearing has
been duly giv en by publ:i.oation and postin g,, as appears f rom the
affidavits on file. in the affiae of they .City Clerk;
WHEREAS, aQ persons Interested a ppeared or
