RESOLVED, by the Cciu noil of the City of Palo Alto, Californ,_
that
WHER8.;8, on the 14th day of January, 1963, this Council
adopted its Resolution No . 3602, A Resolution of Intention to Maine
Fund Transfer, wherein the Council expreised its intention to
tran sfer surplus remaining in the Improvement Fund cr eated `pu r-
sua nt to Resolution of Intention No. 2815, adopted February 25,
1957, an d wherein Monday,, the llth day of February, 1963, at the
hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the regular meeti ng plane of s aid
Counoil, Council Chamber s, City Hall,Palo Alto, C alifornia, were
fix ed as the time and place when and where said Council would
consider the matter of making said transfer a nd hearing all pro-
tests and persons interested ther ein ;
WHEREAS, notice of the tim e and place of said hearing has
been duly given by publication and posting, as appea rs from the
affidavits on file in the office of the City Clerk;
WHEREAS, persons interested appears or
flied written protests against said tra nsfer; an d all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportun ity to be hea rd, and
all matters and things pertainin g to said transfer ha ve been
fu lly heard and duly ooneidered by this Cou ncil.
NOW, THEREFORE] IT IS ORDERED, as follow s:
1. "All protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The amount of $5,283. 74, being the surplu s remaining
in the Improvem ent Fund for said project after completion of all
acquisitions and im prov ements and after the e xpiration of tour (4)
year s since the fined .",mpletion of said pr oject and payment: cf
all posts and expenses 'i here0�
