RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL Or 202 cu r OF -PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP 'OF TRACT 3387
The Council of this City of Palo Alto does BBSOLV'E as
follows
That the map of Tract 3387. being s S ubdivisi on of
Parcel 2 of that Record of Sur vey Rec orded in Book 150 of
Naps, Pa ge 17, Santa Clara County Records, C alifornia,
lo cated in Pala Alto, California, dated November 1962,
prepared by Jon es, Thenn & Ass ociates, be and the same is
he reby appro ved:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets, p ortions of
streets, as shown upo n said map within said subdivision be
and the same hereby a re accepted as dedicated for public use
subject to improvement of said streets in accordance with
stan dards established by the City Council and the City
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pu blic use easeme nts f or
public utilities unde r, on or o ver the strips,af land lying
be tween the rear an d/or side, lines of lots and the parallel
dotted line s des:.gna ted "P.U.E" (Public Utitie s Easement) or
as "A. E. " (Anchor Easement) as show n on said sap within said
subdivision are hereby accepted as dedicated zor public use
such str ips of la nd ere to be kept open an d free from buildings
or str uctures of an y kind exce pt. utility company structu res
and lawful fences.
