The Council of the City of Palo Alt o 'does RESOLVE'
as follows:
That the Develops:I nt Plan, Palo Alto Drive -In Theatre,
dated January 1956 a nd approved by.the City Council c oncur-
rently with the adoptio n of Ordi nance No. 1674 on March 12,
1956, be an d the same hereby is amended to per mit and
autho rize thein crease in height of the existing projection
screen from 61 feet to 75 feet s ubject to the requirem ent
that there be no extension of the existing neon tubing or
additional tu bin g or additio nal lights . Such work to be
commenced within six (6) months from :the date of this
r esolu tion, with completion within four (4) months thereafter.
