A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OP BONDS
ARASTRADERO ROAD, ET AL
PROJECT NO. 60-6
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Califo rnia,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3496 of Preli minary Determina-
tion an d of Intention adopted by said Council on April 23, 1962, and its
Resolution callin g for bide on the sale of bonds pu rs uant the reto,
notice of said sale has been duly give n;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein, for receiving
bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids ha ve been received
an d publicly open ed, examin ed and decla red by this Cou ncil;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as fellows:
1. That all written bids received for the p urchase of said bonds,
exce pting the bid herein stated, be, and they are h ereby, rejected, and
that said bonds be, and they are ;hereby, ordered sold to
