WHEREAS, the Council is authorised, under Artiale 2,

prising'Reationa 43420 to 43431; inalusive, of Chapter 3 of
Division t:of Title 4 of the Government Coda, when the foregoing
cireumstnnies obtain, to ornate a Revolving fund for purposes,
among others, of widening, extending, sonatruot ng, improving
and altering streets and highways, the establishing, codifying
or ohanging the grade thereof, and the construction of necessary
iaprovemsnta therein, insludittutae•aagaisition of lands, rights
of way and other properties necessary for auoh purposes; and
WICIREAR, the proposed work and acquisitions are within said
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, 1T I9 ORDERED, as follows:
1. A Revolving Fund, to be called th• "El Camino Real
Widening Project )4o. 64-1 Revolving ]fund" is hereby created.
2. The amount of $ 5ulo 00 .o0 1s hereby ordered
transferred to and deposited in said Revolving Find from the
