A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGE AND MODIFICATIONS
MISCELLANEOUS SAS II+fPmmemS
PROJECT NO. 62-5
RFC3OLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the following changes and modifications are
hereby ordered in a project and proceedings being conducted
pursuant to Resolution No. 3741, A Resolution of Preliminary
Determination and of Intention, adopted by this Council on the
8th day of June, 1964, to -wit:
Change and modify the work to be done and the plans and
speoifioations therefor, the assessment and assessment diagram
and the maps and descriptions of property and easements proposed
to be acquired to delete all of the acquisitions• and improvements
on the following streets:
1. Clemo (Park Avenue), Lytton Avenue and
Hamilton Avenue.
Said changes shall be made on the face of the Engineer's
Report.
Said change and modification regarding Clemo (Park Avenue)
to be effective only upon submission of proper guarantees to
improve the street, said guarantees to be approved by the City
Attorney.
Following the unanimous adoption of the motion to re-
consider, I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by a
majority voice vote of the Counoil of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 26th day of Ootober,
1964.
