A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
MISCELLANEOUS STREETS IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO 62-5
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the following changes and modifications are hereby ordered in
a project and proceedings being conducted pursuant to Resolution
No. 3741, A Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Intention,
adopted by this Council on the 8th day of June, 1964, to -wit:
Change and modify the work to be done and the plans and speci-
fications therefor, the assessment and assessment diagram and the
maps and descriptions of property and easements proposed to be
acquired to delete all of the acquisitions and improvementa on the
following street:
1. Clemo (Park Avenue).
Said changes shall be made or. the face of the Engineer's Report.
Said change and modification to 'be effective only ujon satisfactory
guarantees being submitted and approved by the City Attorney.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by a majority voice
vote of the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a
meeting thereof held on the 26th day of October, 1964.
