AND INCREASINC THE ONWTRIBUT/ON OP THE CITY
MISCELLANEOUS STEAM IMPROVEMENTS

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City"of Pale Alto, California.
that the fcllowing ohanges involving the reduction of certain assess-
ments and increases in the City -PS contribution, are hereby ordered
in a project and proceedings being conducted pursuant to Resolution
Ne. 3741 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention, adopted by
this Council on the 8th day of June, 1964, to -wit:
1. In Lytton Avenue, reduce the total amount to be
assessed against the properties to be benefited to forty
of the proposed improvements and inoreaee the City's contri-
bution to sixty percent (60%) of said cost.
2. In Hamilton Avenue, reduce the total amount to be
assessed against the properties to be benefited to forty
percent (40%) of the post of construction and acquisition
of the proposed improvements and increase the City's contri-
oopy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Counoil of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 26th
day of October, 1964, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Arnold, Beahrs, Byxbee,
Cooley, Dias, Porter, Rua, Woodward
NOES, Counoilmen: Debe, P'lint, Rodgers, Rohrs, Zweng
