RESOLUTION OF THE co*cIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
DECLAIM CERTAIN PROM= KNOWN AS THE SUZANNE
WELL SITE SWUM TO THE CITY'S NEEDS AND AUTHORIZING
SALE THEREOF TO THE NORTH LOS ALTOS WATER COMPANY
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1, The property described in Item 1 of
EXHIBIT A to the Agreement of Sale attached hereto and
made * part hereof is hereby declared surplus to the needs
of the City and its sale to the North Los Altos Water
Company is hereby authorized for the total price of 832,720.00.
SECTIQT] 2. The Mayor is authorised to execute a contract
of sale of the above property substantially in the form
submitted herewith and hereby approved, to execute a
Bill of Sale and Grant Deed conveying such property and to
execute any other documents necessary to transfer title to
the North Los Altos Water Company.
