All that certain real property situate in the City of Pala
Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described
as follows:
PORTION OF LOT 58, as shown upon that certain Map entitled,.
of C. M. Wooster Co's Subdivision of the Clarke Ranch
which Map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of
the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on November
11 1912 in Book "0" of Maps, at page 16, and more parti-
cularly describedas follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the present Northeasterly line of
Cowper Street, 60.0 feet wide, as established in the Deed
from 0. A. Anderson, at ux to the City of Palo Alto
by Deed dated March 1, 1941 and recorded July 1, 1941 in
Book 1096 Official Records, page 410, said point of beginning
being distant along said line, South 52°00' East 42.83
feet from the intersection of said line with the line dividing
Lots 58 and 59 of the C. M. Wooster Co's. Subdivision
hereinabove referred to; thence along said line of Cowper
Street, South 52° .o" East 63.64 feet; thence at right
angles to said line, North 38°00' East 135.00 feet; thence
at right angles North 52°00' West 63.64 feet; thence at
right angles South 38°00' West 135.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
