HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 3769w.wrNuxmlMlM15fYM RESOLUTION NO, 37,4 RESOLUTION OF T''i CITY COUNCIL 0., THE CITY OF PALO ALTO ADOPTING BUDGET ?OR EXPENDITURE OF F'UNIA4 ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES WHEREAS a master agreement hail been executed by the City of Palo Alto , hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on Marbh 13 , 19 , for expenditure of State -allocated funds; and WHEREAS a project statement has been prepared and was submitted to the Department on August 27 , 19.1k showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 19_2_4-65,, fiscal year; and WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on September 10 19_14_ has been presented to the City Council in accordance with thi-project statement submitted by the City; and WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget, as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents thereof; THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds during the 19111.-..a. fiscal year.
