RESOLUTION OF T''i CITY COUNCIL 0., THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO
ADOPTING BUDGET ?OR EXPENDITURE OF
F'UNIA4 ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS a master agreement hail been executed by the
City of Palo Alto , hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on
Marbh 13 , 19 , for expenditure of State -allocated
funds; and
WHEREAS a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on August 27 , 19.1k
showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended
to be made during the 19_2_4-65,, fiscal year; and
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on
September 10 19_14_ has been presented to the City Council
in accordance with thi-project statement submitted by the City;
and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said
budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures
recommended to be made from such funds during the 19111.-..a. fiscal
year.
